Prepare the Topping

  • Slice the cheddar cheese in half lengthwise.
  • Brown and fry the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat. Use paper towels for disposal. Slice the bacon into thirds after it has cooled.
  • Drop the bacon oil in the pan, to 1 tablespoon. Sauté the onion dice until soft and add them to the pan. Take out of the frying pan.

Slider Patties

  • Put the ground beef in a big bowl and prepare the patties. Just before consumption, sprinkle the garlic powder and season with salt and pepper. Mold the ground meat into 12 individual patties.
  • Cook the bacon fat in a pan over medium heat. Place the hamburger patties in the pan and cook on each side for 3 to 4 minutes, rotating once.

Additional Pro Tips for Big Mouth Bites Slider

Melting Cheese: To achieve gooey cheese, place a slice of cheese on each patty while hot off the grill or stovetop. Cover the patties with a lid or aluminum foil to trap the heat and melt the cheese.

Bacon Bliss: For crispy bacon, cook it in a separate pan until it’s golden and crunchy. Blot excess oil with paper towels before adding it to the sliders.

Toasted Buns: Lightly toast the buns on a grill or in the oven to add a crispy crunch and prevent them from getting soggy.

Experiment with Cheese: Feel free to experiment with different cheeses, like cheddar, pepper jack, or Swiss, to add variety and new flavor dimensions.
